The pressures of life place a great deal of pressure on the man. As a result, men’s health can suffer greatly from the constant pressure of everyday life.

Weight Gain

I’m sure you’ve noticed that spare tire around the waistline growing larger every year. As men we are pre disposed to have bodies that accumulates fat around the mid section. As we age, both men and women alike have a less efficient running metabolism. The metabolism in a nutshell is the rate at which we burn calories. It doesn’t help the man if he works long hours and doesn’t want to exercise because of it. Interval training can possibly aid you in reducing weight.

Gaining excess weight can be embarrassing and also could be a prerequisite to some health issues. As men we need to assume responsibility for our health and well being because our families are counting on us to provide for them. [ continue to read ]
